Coach Casey has the demeanor and experience to encourage as well as push me as I have recently set new athletic goals.  She addresses my personal challenges with expertise, foresight and honesty while driving me to these goals.  I’ve gone from “I think I can” to “I know I can” with Coach Casey’s realistic training tips.  I would recommend her as a coach to anyone striving for the next level in their athletic endeavors. -- recreational cyclist and sprint duathlon relay participant

Casey is simply amazing. She is able to motivate, inspire and energize those around her simply by engaging us. Her passion for exercising and experiencing the thrill of biking faster, swimming farther and running stronger permeate everyone she coaches. My biking increased in speed, endurance and, most importantly, enjoyment all because of Casey's influence. The best part is she feels like a friend not a coach. -- recreational cyclist and sprint duathlon relay participant

Wanted to thank you for today’s swim workout. I think it's the best I ever swam & I am even excited to swim again. Something I never thought I would hear myself say! Thanks for being the great coach that you are!  -- duathlete and triathlon training group participant
